3.1 The “ColdCrave” Assurance of Purity
Beverages are intimate consumables. Our “Quality Covenant” is designed to protect the health and satisfaction of our community. Because our products are for human consumption, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsealed or handled products.
3.2 The “Consumable” Exclusion
- Non-Returnable Status: In accordance with international food safety standards and the Pakistan Pure Food Rules, any beverage that has been unsealed or opened is strictly ineligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure that no customer ever receives a product with a compromised safety seal.
- The “Taste-Preference” Clause: We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences (e.g., “too sweet” or “too bitter”). We recommend purchasing single units before committing to bulk cases of new flavors.
3.3 The Transit & Integrity Protocol
- Damaged or Broken Goods: If a glass bottle arrives shattered or a seal is broken during transit, we provide a 100% Free Replacement.
- The 24-Hour Inspection Window: All transit damage or “Missing Item” claims must be reported via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged package.
- Refund Logic: Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable. In all other cases, we prioritize shipping a fresh, chilled replacement to your doorstep.
